I'm searching info about this jacket, it is a jacket of the 60's.
I found one in my local bazaar, bought it and restore it.
It is surprisingly amazing how well it fit me, as it was designed for my body. I'm Mexican and usually we are shorter than the people in the U.S. so I guess this jack was made for a short police officer.
It is also surprising the jacket has all the original buttons engraved "Philadelphia Police". I wish that these kind of jacked where manufactured for civilian use.
I will consider selling my jacket since there a lot of enthusiast for the vintage market.
